Christian Tresser’s iconic Air Max 97 has took inspiration from several college sport teams over the years, and the latest one to surface nods to the Michigan Wolverines for the Spring/Summer 2023 season.

Dressed in a mix of White, Midnight Navy, and Varsity Maize nodding to the Michigan team colors. This offering of the Nike Air Max 97 features a White mesh base with Navy and Yellow contrasting accents on the leather overlays. Other notable details includes embroidered mini Yellow Swooshes on the sides and tongues with “Air Max” branding running down the back heel pull tabs. A solid White rubber sole with Navy underfoot completes the design.

Check out the official photos below, and look for the Nike Air Max 97 “Michigan” to release in the coming months at select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $175 USD.
